Until such an agreement is signed, no attorney-client relationship is established.
No Legal Advice on Website: The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Visiting our site or contacting us through the website does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Attorney-Client Relationship: An attorney-client relationship is only established after you sign a formal retainer agreement with Sasahara Law and the firm confirms representation in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities

Cooperate Fully: You agree to cooperate with Sasahara Law, including responding promptly to requests for information or documentation.

3. Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege
Sasahara Law is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and legal matters. Any communication between you and our firm that is protected by attorney-client privilege will remain confidential, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Confidentiality: Information shared during the course of legal representation is confidential. However, information shared prior to the execution of a formal engagement agreement may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sasahara Law and its attorneys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. We make no guarantees of success or specific outcomes in your legal matter.
No Warranty: Sasahara Law makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information provided on our website. The website is provided on an “as-is” basis.
Limitation of Claims: Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of our services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
